Homeowners are encouraged to become members of "Tuscany Neighborhood" on Facebook.  More information on the community is provided, but only to those enrolled in the neighborhood.  Alternatively, residents may contact HOA Board members to get the latest information.  Click here to get Board member information.

 

 

Outdoor watering restrictions are in effect pursuant to the following schedule:

 
November -- March (Eastern Standard Time)
Odd numbered homes may water once a week on Saturdays
Even numbered homes may water once a week on Sundays
March -- November
Odd numbered homes may water twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays
Even numbered homes may water twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays

Please note that no watering shall be done between the hours of 10AM and 4PM in any event.
 
Also, the specific date of the change is the date on which the clocks are either turned ahead or turned back, depending on the season.
