The meeting was called to order at 6:57 PM. This meeting was audio recorded by Mike to aid minutes preparation.

The slate of officers was elected as indicated.

Adjournment – Tera moved we adjourn, Mike seconded it. All Board Members agreed. The meeting adjourned at 7:02 PM.
