(On-Site Meeting at 1600 Victoria Way)

Board Member Attendees:Tera Pauley (Vice President), Dexter Blois (Treasurer), Mike Pastor (Secretary), Heather Peery, Matt Gillis, Jeanne Yazinski (Attended by phone), Martin Isales.

Board Members Absent: None

Resident Attendees: None

Officer Election – The following board members were nominated and elected to the positions indicated:

President – Jeanne Yazinski

Treasurer – Dexter Blois

Community Oversite Committee (Architecture Review Board (ARB)) Chairperson – Heather Peery

Secretary – Mike Pastor

Vice President – Tera Pauley

Community Oversight Committee – Heather Peery

MULCH – The cost was previously thought to be $1,500, however regular black mulch will cost $500.  The labor to spread the mulch is already included in the maintenance agreement and charges.

HEDGE – Looks very bad. Fifteen plants are either dead or missing.  The current hedge is about 5 feet tall.

• 15 gallon plants $ 75 each (3 feet tall)
• 30 gallon plants $125 each (5 to 6 feet tall)
• Removal and installation quote TBD (to be determined).

The next H.O.A. Board Meeting will be held on April 3, 2023, at Jeanne’s house at 1678 Victoria Way.

Adjournment – Dexter moved we adjourn, Heather seconded it. All Board Members agreed.  The meeting adjourned at 7:33 PM.
